Executive Director
Tracy has twenty plus years of combined experience in the private, government and not-for-profit sector - affirmatively furthering equal opportunity, diversity, civil and human rights. She served as state-wide Fair Housing Investigations Manager for the Washington State Human Rights Commission and was liaison to the U.S Department of Fair Housing & Enforcement Office (Region X). Moreover, she was an Equal Opportunity Specialist and Investigator for the Washington State Human Rights Commission, and U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, Region X. Tracy also served as Equal Opportunity Specialist for Sound Transit - ensuring increased utilization of minority-women and disadvantaged business as one or two tier contractors and/or sub-contractors for contracts totaling up to $200 million dollars in the areas of: design and construction, consulting and small work projects.
While serving as a journey-level investigator for the Washington State Human Rights Commission, her peers nominated and selected her for two consecutive years, for the Outstanding Work Quality Award for increasing morale, case processing and her work in the community to further civil and human rights. While at the Commission, she also received on-going recognition by govennor-appointed commissioners on her outstanding work quality and high settlements. Tracy was appointed, confirmed (by King County Council) and served as Civil Rights Commissioner for King County Executive Ron Sims. In addition, for ten years, she served as a facilitator, for the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Urban Enterprise Center, Let's Talk, Forums on Race (community, corporate and private-home dialogues on racial equity and racial healing). The forums boast speakers such as: Julian Bond, Morris Dees, The Honorable Maxine Waters, Yolanda King, Lani Guinier and many many more.
Within the last couple of years, she served as Director of Diversity & EO for the Federal Reserve Bank of
She worked for IBM Corporation and Westin Hotels as Marketing and Employee Recognition Administrators respectively. At Westin she co-designed developed, led and managed a $1 million dollar international employee recognition program titled: Premier Performers. Employees with outstanding service were nominated and chosen by their peers to become a member of the Westin All Star Team. Two employees each year were selected from hotels all over the world. Westin All Star Team employees attended an all star celebration honoring their oustanding performance and contributions. They were honored by the senior management of Westin Hotels - Harry Mullkin (Chairman & CEO), Dwight Call (President), Larry Magnan (Exec VP) and Fletch Waller (Exec VP) and others. In addition, for ten years, she operated a small minority-women owned business in which she provided diversity and equal opportunity consulting and training.

Finally, she was profiled in several newspapers (in the Seattle area) as well as: Diversity Boston, a publication of the Boston Globe (2007), Women’s Enterprise Magazine (2005) and Odyssey Couleur Magazine. Tracy was commissioned a "Kentucky Colonel" by Paul E. Patton, Governor of Kentucky in 1996 for her work in public service.
